Our products and services are primarily intended for registered dental practitioners, dental clinics, hospitals, dental laboratories, and authorized medical institutions. Customers purchasing regulated drugs or medical devices agree to provide valid licenses or credentials upon request.
By providing your mobile phone number during ordering or inquiry, you consent to receive transactional and operational communications via Google RCS, WhatsApp, or SMS regarding your order status, invoices, shipping labels, and payment confirmations. You can opt out at any time by messaging STOP or emailing our support desk.
Shipments are dispatched via reputed courier services. Any discrepancies, transit damages, or missing items must be reported to contactus@uniteddental.in within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence.
